Questions
Direct answers
The questions a reviewer, a technical lead or a buyer asks first, answered as things stand today.
- What is IRONWARD?
- A governed AI security-operations platform in active development. Specialist agents and controlled tools investigate security issues, prepare exact fixes and verify the outcome, under your approval.
- Who is it for?
- Hong Kong software and IT-service teams that own their code and run Linux services but have no security staff. That includes suppliers asked by banks, insurers or critical-infrastructure clients to prove their security. Teams elsewhere in South-East Asia with the same profile are welcome to talk; Hong Kong design partners come first.
- What does a team of agents add?
- Separate agents investigate, prepare and check, and can challenge each other’s conclusions. We’ll measure whether this improves outcomes and operator effort; more agents alone is not the goal.
- What if an agent proposes the wrong fix?
- Nothing runs without your approval or a policy you set in advance. The proposal shows the exact change and its expected impact, and a separate check tests the result. Early pilots are read-only.
- Can it act without asking me every time?
- Only within bounded policies you approve in advance, for specific conditions and systems. Anything outside them escalates to a person.
- Does it replace our tools or our team?
- No. It connects useful tools and helps your team carry work through to a verified result.
- Where does our data go? Can it run locally?
- Local AI is part of the deployment design, alongside approved cloud routes. Actual data handling depends on the full deployment (storage, logs, support access), and we agree it in writing before any pilot.
- What do you build yourselves?
- Workflow coordination, controlled execution, durable records, integrations, verification and the operator experience. Established models and tools support those layers. You aren’t tied to one model vendor.
- Who is behind IRONWARD, and is it in Hong Kong?
- AIFlow Labs Limited, a Hong Kong company. The founder leads engineering, a Hong Kong-based engineer leads pilots, and advisers cover IP and security practice.
- How can we try it, and is it free?
- Through a paid, fixed-scope Security Diagnostic on an agreed set of systems, credited to the subscription if you continue. General availability has not been announced.
